The 'SPRING FLING' top from COOPER by Trelise Cooper.

Designed in the 'Under The Sea' hand beaded mesh fabric in tan. Featuring grosgrain straps with a pink stripe. Gathered empire waist and mesh fabric give a flattering silhouette shape. A really pretty top easily dressed up or down.
