Our Forecaster top has been designed as a simple textured Tee that will take you further than your average T- shirt.  100% Cotton slub top with Silk chiffon applique placed across the front panel in strips.  The Forecaster top has a V neckline and short sleeve with rolled cuff.  The top is a relaxed fit and falls below the hip.
